Ready to wow everyone at the next family gathering/holiday party? Let’s get to it!
In this mini program, I’ll show you:
- How to achieve a SOLID double arm lever
- And once you’ve got that down, we’ll move on to the single arm lever.
Your goal is to work towards holding these moves for up to 10 seconds (and remember, MAKE IT PRETTY!). As a bonus, the exercises you’ll work on here will also help improve your skill level with other handbalancing movements.
