Join us and we’ll spend the next 30 days working to help you get into and improve your bridge pose. (And if you can already do the Bridge with perfect form, it’s time to take your practice to the next level and go deeper by working on getting your legs straight).
Although this can be an advanced level stretch, it’s certainly not impossible to achieve! Use the progressions in this mini-program to improve your own range of motion in this very important stretch!
