I’m a Crow, Sucka! — An Alpha Posse Exclusive Mini-Program
In this mini-program, we’re going to work up to a full floating crow — a pose where your legs are floating in-between your arms without support from your elbows.
But don’t worry if you can’t do the crow at all…we’ve got a range of progressions for you to try so you can master the basic crow and work your way up to crow presses (these are great for helping you get even better with your balance and build a solid platform for the advanced versions of the crow pose) and the one-leg crow, finishing with the floating crow.
