[Special Preview] An Alpha Posse Exclusive Monthly Challenge
Each month, we guide our Alpha Posse members through a fun skill-based, month-long challenge with tutorial videos, special interviews, and ongoing feedback and advice from our GMB Trainers. In this challenge, we’re going to work on fat loss.
But let’s just be clear here right now — there’s no shaming and negativity in this challenge. We don’t have a particular body type that we’re aspiring to. We don’t care what you look like — you’re perfect as you are. But if you want to make adjustments, here’s a fun challenge you can work on alongside other Alpha members.
To help us with this challenge, we enlisted the help of two of our friends — Fitness Authors and Trainers Nate Miyaki and Josh Hillis. Nate specializes in nutrition, while Josh specializes in applying habit change to fat loss goals.
