Then you’ve probably seen this cool skill before — you’ll see the hero using this move when he or she needs to bounce back up from getting round-house kicked in the chest. Because if you’re going to get kicked on your ass you better at least look good getting back up. 😉
And the floor kip can help you look cool no matter how you ended up flat on your back. Ok ok, it’s not just about looking cool…as with all of these kinds of movements, the floor kip is also quite beneficial and it’s going to do wonders for your flexibility and agility!
In this mini program, I’ll show what you need to do in order to master the Floor Kip and No-Handed Floor Kip.
The Floor Kip is great movement that incorporates power and flexibility. But it can be a tricky one to master because of the many components required to perform the Floor Kip well. So in this program, I’ll lead you through a series of progressions so that you’ll be able to work on this movement at your current skill level.
