It’s time to for our next challenge!
Each month, we guide our Alpha Posse members through a fun skill-based, month-long challenge with tutorial videos, special interviews, and ongoing feedback and advice from our GMB Trainers.
Better flexibility is something that a lot of us would like to have but sometimes it can be difficult to know exactly what to focus on in order to get there.
But this month, we’ve got you covered! We’re going to work on being able to improve a single stretch: the forward fold.
However, we aren’t going to sit in position for long stretches of time, hoping to make progress with it. Instead, we’re going to use other movements to help prep us for the fold and then finish up with some locomotion.
Perform this every single day (you can do this in minutes, just add it to the end of your current training sessions!) and see what kind of progress you make with it.
