Hip mobility is something we all struggle with from time to time. It’s pretty common if you tend to “sit” a lot at work. So use this mini program to help counteract the effects of sitting around all day! 😉
This fun locomotive move will help you increase your hip flexibility while in motion.
The Frogger movement allows you to not only dynamically open your hips, but also strengthen your legs and arms too. It’s also a great movement for strengthening your shoulders for handstand work.
