[Special Preview] On the Go Challenge — An Alpha Posse Exclusive
Join us as we guide our Alpha Posse members through a fun, skill-based, 4-week-long challenge with tutorial videos and ongoing feedback and advice from our GMB Trainers.
For many of us, Summer is one of the busiest seasons. Between travel, kids being out of school, work commitments, family visits, and holidays, you may be finding it hard to keep up with your daily training routine or program. So we created this short and fun challenge to give you a quick workout to play with during these busy periods.
In this challenge, we’ll revisit two skills from earlier AP challenges (the Bent Arm Stand/Bent Arm Bear and the Peacock Squat), and combine them into a fun flow. Practicing these two movements together will work on strength, mobility, and overall body control. Most importantly, this challenge doesn’t require any equipment or a whole lot of space, and you can do this in 15 minutes or so.
Use this challenge as a chance to train and move in a different spot every day. Try to be outside as much as you can and really explore the movements this challenge provides! 🙂
The challenge begins Monday, July 18th and we’ll choose a winner on Friday, August 19th!
