Hang Loose…On the Monkey Bars! — An Alpha Posse Exclusive Mini-Program
Here’s another fun mini-program that you can share with your kids! And it’s a fun one to practice even if you don’t have any kids.
I’m sure you remember the times where you used to play on the monkey bars – having fun chasing your friends around and doing crazy stuff while exploring your full range of movement…things that you might not even think about doing now. So let’s work on bringing that sense of playfulness (and range of mobility) back into your life!
In the beginning, you may find this movement to be a bit challenging as you work on building the strength you need and mastering the mechanics that will allow you to swing from bar to bar. But with the progressions in this mini-program, you’ll soon be able to swing all over the place — going forward, backwards, and even side to side!
Get out of your comfort zone and let go of your mental blocks – this is gonna be a lot of fun for the whole family!
