Jump! — An Alpha Posse Exclusive Mini-Program
In this Alpha Posse mini-program, we asked our buddy Benny, AKA “The Movement Monk” and founder of COHESION GYM in Australia, to share his infinite wisdom on physical movement, with a comprehensive mini program on jumping technique.
We’ve covered jumping before (click here for our free tutorial), but in this mini-program, Benny brings in a lot of interesting techniques and variations that will help you take your jump technique to the next level. Benny will show you the basics, then explain how to progress to jumping on and off of objects, finally progressing to vaulting over objects (like huge tires, building structures, your best friend, etc.)!
