Sequoia Strong — An Alpha Posse Exclusive Mini-Program

In this mini-program, we are going back to basics and looking at how we can improve our Fundamental Strength by working towards lowering ourselves into a modified single arm lever from a straight arm position.
By working through the progressions in Sequoia Strong, you’ll improve your single arm strength, balance, and flexibility. You’ll also learn some cool moves that will help you get better at transitioning in and out of the single arm lever.
