Triple Strength — An Alpha Posse Exclusive Mini-Program
This program is unique in that you’ll actually be improving three skills at once. Here’s what you’ll work on:
1. Bent Arm Stand
2. Handstand Lower to Side Lever
3. One Arm Side Lever
This mini-program is also great in segments as well! You can use each component of this mini-program as an individual conditioning program to build your bent arm strength for hand balancing. Yep, it’s that cool! 🙂
