Hey there! Welcome, and congratulations on joining this flexibility mini-course!
I’m excited to see you’ve joined us. Our method is a little different than most, and I think you’re going to love the results you get from using it.
Here’s a quick video I’d like you to watch before we get into the course:
Over the next 4 days, you’ll learn specific stretches, how to perform them, and the order in which to perform them (yes, the order matters).
We didn’t randomly pick some stretches to put into this course. These are the exact stretches we use, in our Focused Flexibility program, to target tight those tight areas that come from sitting at work all day.
How the Flexibility Mini-Course works
Each day, for the next 3 days, we’ll send you a new targeted stretch. We’ll give you everything you need to know for that day. Including a detailed video tutorial, written programing, and additional resources for any questions you have along the way.
On the final day, we’ll give you the full 17 minute “follow-along” routine where we show you exactly how to combine everything into a simple daily routine.
