  • Train at your own pace, on your own time. We recommend at least 3 sessions per week.
  • Ask questions, post videos, take advantage of our coaching team. We’re here to help.
  • GMB Trainers will lead a couple follow-along sessions each week that you can catch live or recorded.

Every few months, we update all of our programs based on client feedback and new things we’ve learned. You’ll never have to pay for the most recent version.

Lifetime Access
You’ll never lose access to your programs. If you have to take time off, pick right back up where you started. Your training materials are always available.

Will this work with my BJJ / CrossFit / running / surfing / etc?

Fo sho! GMB Mobility is a general mobility program, so it’s not specifically tailored for any sport, but we’ve selected exercises that will open your hips and shoulders, release tension in the back, free up rotation around your core, etc. It’s a great complement to your regular training, and the flexible scheduling makes it very easy to fit into your schedule.

How long does this take?

We recommend 15โ€“30 minutes, at least three times per week for efficient results. How much you engage in the community is up to you, but a half-hour per week is enough to get a lot out of it.

What time will the follow-along sessions be?

All the sessions will be recorded so you don’t have to worry about catching them live. We’ll schedule them around the timezones of the people who sign up, but most people end up catching the recordings anyway and get a ton of value from them.

Our clients are mostly US-based so it’s a fair bet that if you’re in Europe or Australia you’re not gonna be able to catch every single Trainer-led session as it happens. If that’s a deal-breaker for you, then it’s probably best to stick to the non-live Mobility program.

Can I do this if I'm overweight?

Most likely. If you are very overweight and unable to stand/sit from the floor without assistance, you may need to focus on weight reduction first. Otherwise, weight should not be a major issue. If you try the program and find that a particular exercise is difficult or painful, our coaches will be right there in the Facebook group to help you make any necessary adjustments.

Can I do this if I'm out of shape?

Yup. This is not a workout. You might find yourself sweating a bit or breathing a bit heavier than usual, but as a general rule, this work doesn’t requires a great deal of strength or endurance.

Of course, if you’re completely out of shape we do encourage you to work on that, and we’ll do whatever we can to help. But there’s no minimum fitness prerequisites for Mobility.

What happens after 6 weeks?

By then you’ll be in a groove and feeling the results, so most people will probably keep working through GMB Mobility on their own. Remember you get lifetime access to the program. And our usual world class support will always be there if you need help.

What if I don't have Facebook?

Facebook accounts are free, so you can always make an account for this and cancel right after. If you really don’t want a Facebook account you’re probably better off with the non-live version of Mobility.

Will this cure my back pain?

That’s really hard to say. Lots of things can cause back pain, many of them requiring medical attention.

What we can promise is that you will ease restrictions, improve joint integrity, and build your kinesthetic awareness and control in the underlying structures where dysfunction can sometimes lead to back pain. In other words, we’re striking at a few of the root causes of some types of back pain.
