“Yeah, but is it any good?”

I have done around 560 sessions across multiple GMB programs so far, and I find them all fun and engaging. Well, at least most of the time. However, in the last three days, I've gone through the first two sessions of TSC: Pumpkin Spice edition, and I honestly can't remember the last time I've had that much fun, in any area of my life. Movements are challenging, but it is possible to scale them down, and still get the intended benefit of TSC.

How is this different from Elements and the other GMB programs?

Triple Shot was designed as a complement to our core curriculum of training programs, each of which has its own purpose and focus.

Elements, Integral Strength, and Sequences are well-rounded programs that can work either as your primary training or in addition to a sport or gym routine. Mobility was intended to be used alongside other training to increase range of motion without slowing recovery from your main workouts.

Triple Shot works best as an add-on practice to build your endurance and stamina.

You can also use it as a standalone training cycle to really focus on conditioning for a few weeks at a time.

Do I have to have done Elements first?

No, you don’t have to do anything.

Though Triple Shot works great alongside any of our other programs, it’s self-contained and fits into whatever routines you happen to be following.

How often should I do Triple Shot training?

We recommend aiming for one session per week at each duration as a starting point. That gives you broad coverage at each important range of training.

If you have more time, choose the duration that fits your schedule and/or the level of intensity that fits your other training.

There’s almost no wrong way to do this… we’ve designed this program to be very forgiving and flexible, because we know you’ve got a lot going on, and you don’t need any additional complexity in your life.

How much space do I need?

Triple Shot doesn’t require much space at all. Just enough room to sit, stand, lie down on the floor is enough.

Takes way less room than running!

Do I need any kind of special equipment?

Nope!
