Elements combines our proven method with 4 fundamental movement patterns most workouts neglect:

The Bear builds strength and stability through the arms and shoulders while stretching the hamstrings and upper torso.

The Frogger helps deepen your squat while also developing strength and stability through your arms, shoulders, and core.

The Monkey is a deep lateral move that opens the hips through repeated squat transitions.

The Crab strengthens your hips and core while developing coordination and control in an active supine position.
You’ll follow a progression from basic patterns to challenging variations and combos.
So not only are you getting continuously stronger and more flexible, you’re also developing the coordination and spatial awareness that mark a true athlete.
All in just 15-45 minutes per session.
Elements Tracks: 3 Programs in One
We designed Elements to meet you where you’re at, regardless of background and fitness level.
🐌 Gradual: a Gentle Introduction
Recommended for complete beginners or if you’ve had an extended break from training due to injury. Less squatting and wrist strain make this an accessible starting point.
✊ Standard: the Best for Most People
We based the progressions and pacing of the Standard track on data from tens of thousands of clients to balance a flexible challenge and noticeable progress.
⏩ Accelerated: Challenging for Anyone
Less time on basics, faster progression, and more advanced movements to build strength. Recommended if you’re very experienced or have done Elements before.
It’s not just a matter of “easy” vs “difficult” or “beginner” vs “advanced.”
Many experienced athletes are beginners at this type of training, and what you find difficult depends on your background, so each track follows different rules to provide just the right level of challenge, wherever you’re at in your training.
