One thing we’ll always be straight with you about: real progress takes time and repeated effort.
You didn’t get stiff and sluggish overnight. Years of sitting, plus training that only ever touched one narrow slice of what your body can do, add up. Two weeks won’t undo all of it.
Give the work an honest effort, though, and you’ll feel enough change in the first couple of weeks to know you’re onto something.
