Release tight joints for fewer pains and better performance

Tips for making the most of your 15-Minute Mobility Boost:

  • It’s OK if you can’t do the moves as well as Ryan. Dude’s been training for 40 years, so he makes it look pretty easy 😉
  • You can do this routine daily or just a couple times a week… but consistency is key. It’s better to do a little bit often than to do a lot occasionally. Stick with it, and you’ll see results.
  • Remember to breathe. It’s important! Sounds obvious, but you may find yourself bracing or holding your breath during more difficult movements.
  • Do what you can with what you have. Got tight shoulders? Sore knees? Cool. Do your best to follow Ryan’s instructions while limiting the range of motion. Don’t push into anything painful, and just start where you’re at.
  • This isn’t a “workout.” We’re not trying to get a sweat on right now. You may not even feel tired, but you might feel sore later on.

With practice, these movements will begin to feel natural and relaxing, even as you push into ranges of motion that aren’t part of your regular daily activities. And that’s exactly why they work. As you make this part of your normal routine, you’ll notice less tightness in everyday movements and better coordination and agility in physical activities.
