IS Bodyweight uses the most effective exercises that require zero equipment. No bands, backpacks, bosu balls… nothing. Just you, gravity, and whatever you’re using to stream the program.
IS Fully Equipped adds options with gymnastic rings or a pull-up bar to unlock movements like chin-ups and rows. We also recommend parallettes (though you can perform all the exercises just as well on the floor).
