“I used to think I was strong — thanks to my IS practice and weight lifting — but applying that strength through different tempos, directions, and connecting unfamiliar movements challenged both my body and coordination in ways I didn’t expect. It’s about strength I can actually use.”

~ Pedro G.

“I recently got into playing capoeira alongside my 7-year-old son. Sequences has provided the boost I needed in my agility, flexibility, and strength. I am more confident as I’m able to more seamlessly link together longer chains of movements.”

~ Robert W.

“I use Sequences as a strength and mobility supplement for triathlon training. I am faster and more comfortable than ever before. My first race this year, I placed first in my age group.”

~ Graham G.

Build dynamic skills that make you better at virtually everything.

If your foundation is solid, Sequences makes it useful.

The strength, mobility, and body control you’ve built are individual attributes. Real physical demands ask you to combine them all simultaneously, under conditions you didn’t rehearse, at speeds you didn’t plan for, in directions you didn’t expect.

Sequences trains those transitions systematically, building the same layer of adaptive coordination that athletes develop through years of sport-specific practice.

Fluid Movement With Zero Guesswork

YouTube has tutorials for every movement in Sequences. We’ve made some of them ourselves. What you won’t find anywhere else is a systematic process for learning to combine them.

Sequences teaches you 14 dynamic skills through progressive exercises, then trains you to link them together in combinations and continuous flow.

Macaco movement
Macaco — shoulder power and spatial awareness through a backward arc into an inverted position
Swipe movement
Swipe — hip mobility and coordinated upper/lower body timing through a rotational kick-through
Kip-Up movement
Kip-Up — full-body power generation with an explosive floor-to-standing transition
Coffee Grinder movement
Coffee Grinder — hip control, wrist strength, and rotational fluency through a circular leg sweep
Pilot Freeze movement
Pilot Freeze — compression strength and balance for inverted transitions
90-90 movement
90-90 — hip mobility and smooth directional changes through ground-level rotation
Colt Twist movement
Colt Twist — connects floor movements through a spinning transition driven by rotational momentum
Granby movement
Granby — neck and shoulder mobility with full-body coordination through a rolling pattern

Plus additional skills including the surfer get-up, side shrimp, and handstand leg switch that fill out your movement vocabulary with complementary patterns.

Flow Routines

From Clunky to Smooth
Sequences Walks You Through Every Step

Each move is broken down into progressive exercises that develop your capacity to perform it. You practice the components, then the full movement, then variations that increase the demand.

Once you can perform individual movements with control, you start combining them. 46 different combinations teach your body to link movements together — managing the weight shifts, timing changes, and spatial adjustments that happen between positions. This is where the real training lives. The combos are where your body learns to stop treating each movement as a separate event and start moving continuously.

The combinations build toward two complete flow routines — multi-movement sequences that ask for everything at once. They’re also where Sequences starts to feel like play rather than practice. When you can flow through a routine that would have looked impossible a few weeks earlier, that’s a physical experience most training never delivers.

Flow 1: Late for School

Flow 2: Evasive Maneuvers

“Sport-Specific” Training Without Marrying a Single Sport

Athletes develop reactive coordination through their sport. Martial artists build it through sparring, climbers through route-finding, team sport players through match play. If you don’t have a competitive sport driving your training forward, this layer of your physical development stays undeveloped no matter how strong or mobile you get. Sequences gives you the progressive, structured complexity of sport-specific training without requiring a sport. Your body learns to use what it already has — across more range, more amplitude, more speed, and more directions than foundational training ever asks for.

Two Tracks to Fit Your Training Needs

Sequences includes two complete program tracks. You get lifetime access to both, so you can switch based on what else you’re doing and come back to either one as your training evolves.

Flux Capacity track

Flux Capacity — Skill + Conditioning

30 or 45 minute sessions. Includes all the skill work plus conditioning circuits that build your stamina for sustained, complex movement. Choose this if Sequences is your primary training for a cycle. It’s got everything you need.

Skill Dynamics track

Skill Dynamics — Skill Only

15 or 30 minute sessions. Every movement, combination, and flow routine without the conditioning component. Choose this if you’re training Integral Strength, a sport, or other training alongside Sequences.

Apply Your Strength & Mobility in More Dynamic Movements

Our curriculum is designed as a progression. Each phase builds on the last, and each program develops a specific layer of your physical capability.

The GMB Praxis Curriculum showing Elements, Integral Strength, Mobility, and Sequences

Phase 1: Foundation

Elements builds your base of strength, mobility, and body control through fundamental locomotor patterns. This is where everyone starts — and where experienced athletes discover gaps they didn’t know they had.

Phase 2: Attributes

Integral Strength and Mobility develop specific physical attributes: coordinated strength across multiple planes, and functional range of motion under load. These programs deepen the raw materials you’ll draw from in everything else.

Phase 3: Application

Sequences puts it all together. You take the strength, mobility, and control you’ve built and apply them to progressively complex, dynamic movement. This is where individual capabilities become integrated physical skill.

The training you do in Sequences is the culmination of everything in Elements, Integral Strength, and our other programs.

Are You Ready for Sequences?

If you’ve completed Elements on the General or Accelerated track, you’re ready.

If you have a background in martial arts, dance, gymnastics, or a similar movement discipline, you may be ready without having done Elements. Take this self-assessment to find out — it’s a single movement that tests the baseline of body control, spatial awareness, and hip/shoulder mobility Sequences builds from.

Train Your Body to Handle Anything

Sequences is a complete training cycle you can repeat for long-term progress. Choose the option that fits your goals.

Frequently Asked Questions

We’ve also taken the liberty of including the answers here, since the questions aren’t very enlightening on their own 😉

Lifetime Access
You’ll never lose access to your programs. If you have to take time off, pick right back up where you started. Your training materials are always available.

Free Updates
Every few months, we update all of our programs based on client feedback and new things we’ve learned. You’ll never have to pay for the most recent version.

Brilliant Support
If you ever get stuck or need help, you can easily send a message and get expert support from one of our coaches. We’re here to help.

Am I ready for Sequences?

Take the self-assessment. If the high monkey movement feels comfortable in both directions, you’re ready. You don’t need it to be perfect — just controlled enough to work from. If it’s not there yet, start with Elements. That foundation is exactly what makes Sequences accessible.

Can I skip Elements and go straight to Sequences?

If you have a background in martial arts, dance, gymnastics, or similar movement training, you may already have the foundation Sequences builds from. The self-assessment is the honest test. Several of our clients have come in from other movement disciplines and jumped into Sequences without any issues.

How is this different from Floor Loco?

Floor Loco is lighter, closer to Elements in difficulty, and structured as five follow-along flow routines you can use for fun and variety. Sequences is a full progressive training cycle with significantly more complex movements, two program tracks, conditioning options, and systematic skill development across 3-6 months. Floor Loco is a great companion to Sequences. It’s a supplement, not a substitute.

What if I can't do all the movements?

You won’t be able to, and that’s by design. Sequences includes progressions for every movement, and many of our clients have made significant progress even when they couldn’t pass the self-assessment cleanly. The program builds you up to the full expressions over time. Several people have gone through Sequences multiple times and gotten more out of each round.

I'm over 50. Is this too advanced for me?

We have clients in their 50s and 60s working through Sequences and getting real results. Jeff, a self-described “senior and middling athlete,” called it one of the most fun programs he’s ever done. Lawrence, in his 60s, found it challenging and saw significant improvements in hip mobility and overall strength. Age isn’t the qualifier — the self-assessment is.

How much space do I need?

More than Elements. You’ll want roughly 9 by 8 feet of open floor to work with comfortably. You can get away with less by pausing during flows and turning around — Ryan’s done it, and many of our clients train in living rooms, bedrooms, and small home gyms. Grass or a park works well for the more dynamic sessions if you have the option.

Can I do Sequences alongside other training?

Yes. The Skill Dynamics track is designed for exactly this — 15 or 30 minute sessions covering pure skill work without additional conditioning. It fits alongside Integral Strength, a sport, or a gym routine. If Sequences is your main program for a cycle, Flux Capacity gives you the full package with conditioning built in.

What equipment do I need?

Nothing. Just open floor space. Some people use a yoga mat for comfort on harder surfaces, but be aware that mats can be slippery during some of the more dynamic movements. A towel for sweat is the only other thing you might want.

Can I repeat the program?

People do, and they get more out of it each time. The movements are complex enough that a second or third round reveals layers you couldn’t access the first time through. Some of our most experienced clients have done 80+ sessions across multiple cycles. You also get lifetime access to both tracks, so you can switch between Flux Capacity and Skill Dynamics on different rounds depending on what else you’re training.

How is Sequences different from Mobius or Vitamin?

Those programs were retired when we launched Sequences. Sequences shares some movements with Mobius but has substantially better programming, a progressive combo structure, conditioning options, and two complete flow routines. If you liked Mobius, Sequences is a significant upgrade in how the training is organized and delivered.

Is there an app I have to download?

No, you just use the browser on your computer or phone to access it. Most of our clients enjoy using a larger screen, and you never have to worry about downloading the most recent version. It’s all just there for you anytime.
