Built for People Who Already Train
Regulator isn’t a beginner program. It’s supplemental work for people who are already putting in sessions and want to get more out of them.
If you’re doing Elements, Integral Strength, barbell work, martial arts, climbing, running, or any combination, these programs fill the gaps between your main training. Fifteen to thirty minutes, two or three times a week, on days you’d otherwise just sit around being sore.
