Hot diggity! It’s exciting to finally be starting these up again…

Our Palo Alto seminar is going to be our first major event since pre-pandemic, which means it’s Ryan’s first time time speaking English in public since 2019. Please be gentle 😉

Palo Alto Seminar Details:

  • Date: March 25th & 26th
  • Time: 1-8PM on Saturday and 1-5PM on Sunday
  • Location: Performance Gaines, 310 South California AVE, Palo Alto, CA
  • Instructors: Ryan Hurst & Rose Calucchia
  • Content: Locomotion, Handstands, Bodyweight Exercise, Levitation*

*We will absolutely not teach you how to levitate.

There is only one way to describe GMB’s Seminar, Awesome. Really there is no where else that offers the extensive detail and expertise of what GMB has to offer.

I’ve been a trainer for 7 years, and I know that detail is one of the most important aspects in training. This is not a seminar for people that just want to learn thousands of exercises. This is a seminar that pays attention to detail and teaches you a great basic knowledge.

If you are a coach and want to learn how to use this system, this is it!

Proven Coaching
Everybody says they offer “great coaching.” We’re trained many thousands of clients, both online and in person, and our Method is based on pedagogy and clinical experience. We’re good at this.

What fitness level is required?

We’ve taught both Olympians and centenarians (yes, both, really). If you are healthy enough to do exercise, you will be fine to participate, and our coaches can help you make adjustments if necessary.

If you’re uncertain, try this quick assessment.

What's the cancelation policy?

Life happens. We get it, so cancellations are possible with advance notice.

From 10 days prior to the event, cancelling will incur a $100 surcharge, and here are no refunds for those who attend the event.

What do I need to bring

Wear comfy clothes and bring a notebook, some water, and a small towel. We’ll supply any equipment required and take care of everything else.

Will there be breaks to eat?

Yes, you’ll have time to grab a snack.

Will I get CEUs or a certificate for participating?

No, this is not a certification event, and we do not have CEUs available (yet).

What moves will I learn?

We’ll focus on the movements in our Elements, Mobility, Integral Strength, and Sequences programs… so that means: basic locomotion movements, stretching, calisthenics and bar/ring exercises, movement flows, and some handstands and other odds and ends.
