Heya 👋🏻 and welcome! On this page, you’ll find everything you need to know about getting into bodyweight training the GMB way, even if you have no experience or aren’t sure how to get started.
Assessments: Determining Your Starting Point
To get started with bodyweight training, you must first figure out what you’re able to do right now. Because your current level of strength and fitness will determine where and how you get started.
An assessment should include some general concepts like building strength, increasing flexibility, developing motor control and coordination, as well as some details that are relevant to your specific goals.
What do you want to do over the next few months?
With your goal in mind, you can use your assessment to figure out what you need to work on.
Once you’ve assessed yourself, it’s time to learn how to move well. 👇
👊🏼 We’ll Help You Master The Basics (And Beyond)
We believe the fastest way to make progress is through a concept we created called The GMB Method.
In our programs, we help you master movements like the squat, push-up, pull-up, dip, and lunge.
We also want you learning how to move laterally and in various directions because guess what?
That mimics life in the real world.
We also believe it’s important that you develop adequate mobility, and learn to move gracefully in any position.

Building Cool Skills At Home 🏠
We know your time is precious. And with our programs, you don’t even have to leave the house if you don’t want to. No need for a gym or tons of fancy equipment. All you gotta do is get started and keep going.
If you have a space that you can lie down and stretch out in, you can do a complete workout that challenges and makes you strong over time.
We have clients working out in their living rooms, hallways, laundry rooms, and backyards.
And in just 3-4 days of workouts each week, you can get stronger and more flexible than you might have ever thought.
Working out at home is easy when you have a clear guide to follow. We make it easy with our Elements program. All you need is your body and a little space to move around.
Now… a bit about motivation and sticking to a routine. 👇
🧗♂️ Motivation, Goals, And Sticking To Your Workouts
This is very common, so don’t be embarrassed. Starting something new can be overwhelming, but if you can just get through the initial hump of getting started, you’ll reap the rewards of what a consistent workout routine can do for you.
At first, you’ll be sore and maybe a little frustrated. But after a few sessions, you’ll start to notice yourself getting stronger, a little more flexible, and certain movements will start to become easier.
Many people tell us they lack motivation. But what they really lack is a program they can follow with the least amount of friction, and a clearly laid out plan of action.
We teach our clients how to tap into long-term motivation which builds an exercise habit that gets results.
And once you master motivation, you’ll unlock latent abilities you didn’t know you had.
