I've been able to move at my own pace, and ease into the movements a little bit at a time. Where I notice the biggest difference is in BJJ practice. I can move more freely and I have better control over my body, and I didn’t have bad control before, so it's quite impressive how much four weeks can do!

I now move better, with more control and precision over my body, and better mobility. I now learn new moves a lot faster, and I can really visualize what needs to happen to nail it. Before Vitamin, many moves seemed too complicated to do at my ability level, but now I can see how I would be able to do them.
I am always looking for new and different ways to move. Actually, Vitamin just reminded me of ways I used to move and had stopped. I was a professional Broadway Dancer and High Aerial Tumbler, and the Vitamin program just made me ask myself, "Why did you stop moving around on the floor?"
I was looking for something new to try and the movement style of training in GMB's Vitamin course peaked my interest. I was most excited to learn how to roll out of my handstand, and also about my improved wrist strength from the program. Plus my son likes rolling around on the ground with me, so it's a win win!
I signed up for Vitamin thinking that it would be helpful for my capoeira practice, but I had no idea just how much my vocabulary of movements would expand over 28 days. It's great that we don't need any special equipment for our sessions, and that just a few minutes of regular, daily practice can yield such a treasure trove of benefits.

I wanted to make rolls, jumps, twists and turns look just as smooth as my pull-ups, muscle-ups, and dips. So the "goal" with the program was to be able to move with more grace and ease, controlled but dynamic, flowing if you will, and to be more free in my options of movement. Right now I'm getting to the point where I can just combine different movements to a flow as I go along. Doing this is fun as hell!!

Focused Flexibility changed the way I stretched. Now in my static/PNF stretching I always use the pattern of dynamic stretching followed by PNF as described in FF. I find the dynamic movements make the PNF less uncomfortable so it’s easier to spend more time stretching. I also think that it reduces injury because the movements make me stronger near the current limits of my flexibility.

I've completed Integral Strength, and I'm most excited about seeing my training reflected in better stamina during my aerial work. I train for FUN, in all its various forms! I really enjoy aerial arts and dance, so building my strength and flexibility for those things is a primary focus for me.
My flexibility has greatly improved, so much so that I can get into bridge position now, and am close to getting my L-sit. I also achieved my first unassisted chin-up from a dead hang. In all those years of weight training, I was never able to do chins without the assist of jumping from the ground.
