I think it’s safe to say that for most of us, 2025 was one for the books. I know all of you did the best you could and we’re grateful that you chose to take us along for the ride!
In the spirit of year-end reflection, we wanted to take a moment to look back at what we worked on, what we shared, and what you all found the most useful.

2025 Highlights: What We Got Done
Major Program & Course Updates
Back when we started our company in 2010 we knew we’d always work to keep learning and progressing, it’s just in our nature. Every program we create reflects what weâre currently practicing, teaching, testing, and refining. As well as the accumulated experience of helping people learn how to train consistently and progress over the long haul.
Here’s what was new for 2025:
Weâve also continued our long-standing commitment to updating existing programs, something weâve done for over 15 years. If you own a GMB program, you get those updates automatically, at no extra cost. The wonders of technology have made that commitment to our clients easier!
Our flagship program, Elements, in particular has gone through multiple updates including additional tutorials and expanded features. It’s truly a program that will serve you well for as long as you put the time into it.
Top GMB Fitness Content for 2025
We create a lot of content, so it’s easy to get distracted by the details. Ryan made this video to explain the thread that ties our top content from 2025 together:
Top New Articles
These were three of our most-read new articles of the year. They resonated because they speak to familiar questions:
- What do you do when joints start talking back?
- Can you keep getting strong and not break?
- How do you keep progressing without burning yourself out?
A common thread runs through all of them: effort matters but not at the expense of awareness. Knowing when to push, when to back off, and how to adjust in real time is what lets people keep training year after year.
That’s the main through line in all of these articles, with the last one outlining exactly how we teach you to do that in all of our programs.
Top New Videos
We had a really nice year on the YouTubes, with over 5 million views from you fine folks!

Our evergreen favorite (and first real “viral vid”) classic hip mobility routine continues to be in the top search along with our other most popular videos.
The most popular new video this year has Ryan talking about the 5 non-negotiables he included in his training over the last twenty years. They’ve kept him moving and feeling better than a lot of people half his age.
New Minimum Effective Dose Mobility Routine
Our very well received follow-along joint mobility routine is great, but sometimes it can be tough to carve out even 20 minutes out your day.
That’s why we made this short, but still very effective 5 minute routine. You can do 5 minutes!
What’s Shaking in 2026?
Every year’s end brings a chance to look back, and this past one brought clarity to our purpose. We’ve learned that the biggest improvements, for both us and our clients, donât usually come from adding more. They come from making what already works clearer, easier to use, and better supported.
Hereâs where our attention is going next:
- Continued Deep Community & Coaching Support
More opportunities to get guidance, ask questions, and train alongside other people who take their health seriously. - Significant Program Improvements
Ongoing refinement of core programs: better explanations, smoother progressions, and clearer pathways so people know what to focus for their needs now, not in some other more perfect world. - Clearer Paths Through the GMB Praxis Curriculum
Less guesswork around âwhat should I do next?â and more help choosing what actually supports your individual needs at each stage of your life.
If thereâs a theme for 2026, itâs this: make consistency easier so you can put more effort into what really matters. Not by lowering standards, but by removing friction and supporting good decisions.
Thatâs been our work all along, weâre just getting better at it.
Go All-In and Lock In Complete Access
Our All-In membership has been a bit of a long-term experiment. The challenge was how do we give people access to everything we offer without overwhelming them with too much information. “Analysis paralysis” is real!
Whatâs worked has been bolstering and streamlining our community and coaching. Different people want different levels of involvement, and when support matches preference, the alignment gets you moving.
And we can’t repeat it enough, the best planned schedule and exercise selection in the world doesn’t mean much if people can’t be consistent with it.
Get it All for 2026
If you want complete access to our curriculum, along with guidance to help you actually use it, All-In is how we bring everything together and is the most direct path to the deepest version of our work.
Thanks again for being here and for continuing to put the work in, one session at a time.
