Why the hell does GMB have a podcast?

The Autonomy Podcast exists because we (Ryan, Jarlo, and Andy… and the rest of the team) care deeply about and really enjoy helping people learn to use their bodies better. Having worked with many thousands of clients, we’ve got a lot to say about how to figure out your priorities and train in a way that makes sense for you.

We speak from our experience, and since we’re lucky enough to have some really smrt friends, we often have other coaches and experts in different fields join us to speak from their experience. We also make a lot of dumb jokes and go off on crazy rants about things that annoy us.

Great Examples for any age or fitness level The GMB crew has such a wealth of knowledge and teaches in a way that helps you understand the progression and have fun doing it. They don’t take themselves too seriously but I put a lot of trust in what they have to say

Spent a few hours this weekend catching up on 7 or 8 @gmbfit podcasts. If you haven't, check them out, funny! Oh yea and informative. :)

A few ways this is vastly superior to literally every other podcast:

  • We’re not concerned with making ourselves sound smrt and important
  • There’s no ads or shilling, though if someone we respect has a new book or program out, we’ll probably talk about it
  • We don’t do topics about BS like shredding your abs
  • GMB Show isn’t about “inspiring” you to CRUSH IT
