That’s why we created this course — to help you feel better physically and mentally. That’s also why we’ve structured this course in a very specific way.
Today we’ll start small (focussing on your back), adding one new stretch each day, building up to the full follow-along stretching routine on the fourth day.
Sure you could skip ahead, but you’ll get the most from this course (and better results) by following our schedule day-by-day. We’ll send you an email reminder each day with a direct link to that day’s stretch.
