By Andy Fossett

We’ve made it!

It’s damn near 2024, and we’re still here, so pat yourself on the back and scroll on to see what when down.

2023 Highlights: How Ryan, Jarlo, and I Kept Busy at GMB in 2023

Major Program & Course Updates

As always, we invested heavily in updates and improvements to our current programs and courses. One of the big perks to GMB programs is that they’re refreshed regularly, and you’re never required to pay again just to get access to the newest version.

Here’s where we made the biggest updates this year:

Practice essential movements for practical physical fitness

We take our Core Curriculum programs very seriously. The pedagogical method and exercise progression have been carefully tuned over tens of thousands of clients, and we’ve invested over a million dollars in the custom software to host it.

Weird Supplemental Training

And then there’s the supplemental material…

When we have something we want to share that doesn’t fit our main curriculum of training, we tend to get a little weird ๐Ÿ™‚

Handstand Factory Partnership

You’re probably aware that we enjoy teaching handstands… we have one of the most popular handstand tutorials on the internet.

Keep Pushing TileWe’ve always resisted building a program around them, because there’s a lot of variables that are difficult to account for without some personalization. But we’ve always wished someone else would step up and design an effective, high-quality handstand program.

Then someone did ๐Ÿ™‚

And they just so happened to be very cool people that we’ve known for years.

So it made sense to team up, and as of a few months ago, we’ve been telling everyone who will listen that Handstand Factory is THE BEST hand balancing instruction you can get online.

Several GMB Trainers and members of our community agree.

Ryan in the US

Towards the end of least year, Ryan and his family moved from Japan (he’d been there 30 years…) to his native Kansas.

So 2023 has been their first complete year in the US, which has meant big changes for all of us. You’ve probably noticed our videos are being shot in new places, and I’ve noticed a Ryan-shaped hole in my heart every time I think about eating takoyaki ๐Ÿ˜ข

GMB is Gonna Be Amazing in 2024

Just scroll up and you can see how we’re spending our time lately:

  • Less Focus on Social Media
  • Fewer New Articles, More Updates & Upgrades
  • More Training Programs & Courses
  • More Coaching & Community Interaction

We’re spending less time worrying about social media trends and going all-in on our clients, because unless you get the programs and do the work, none of this really matters.

Go All-In and Lock In Complete Access

Already the best deal we’ve ever offered, we’ve got a LOT planned for our All-In members next year: new courses, a more robust library of supplemental programs, and white-glove assistance with creating your own perfect routine.

Go All-In with GMB

All-In Membership

All-In Membership

Every Program. Every Course. Everything.

And as eventually happens with all great deals, the price will definitely be going up next year.
